“Soulfoss” Retreat –In our Soulfloss retreat Dr B will review intake forms and have a private consult with you to determine the use of entheogenic medicine for a patient centered retreat. The SOULFLOSS retreat is a supported journey inward with Dr B. Entheogenic medicine choices are dependent on medical assessment on completion of a private consult with Dr B.<\/p>\n

Primal food retreats:<\/strong><\/p>\n

(Naturopathic infused “primal food retreats” Getting back to the rhythms of health and understanding optimized personal eating strategies. )<\/p>\n

Campfire event – Private catering with education. Dr B prepares and reviews food specific your individual needs. Recipes and ingredients are reviewed.<\/p>\n

Wildfire event -A private retreat in the wild that can be tailored to your specific needs. Join Dr B for a 2-3 day experience immersed in education about strategic “primal eating” and ways to adapt contemporary diets to serve us in modern times!<\/p>\n

-Pre retreat instructions and dietary suggestions to best prepare for our retreat. (included)<\/p>\n

-Retreat Rythym and itinerary (dance, yoga, breathing, cold plunge, therapeutic fasting\/re-feeding) is prepared after completion of our Primal retreat intake form.<\/p>\n
