Ellen is the daughter of two Holocaust survivors; her father survived Bergen-Belsen, and mother, Auschwitz. Drawing inspiration from her family’s history, Ellen has dedicated her professional life to the pursuit of making the world a better place—an endeavor known in Hebrew as Tikkun Olam.
Armed with graduate and doctoral degrees in adult education and counseling psychology, along with mediator credentials, Ellen has channeled her expertise into clinical and corporate arenas. Throughout her career, she has been a catalyst for enhancing organizational culture and honing staff skills through comprehensive training and development programs, underpinned by values of kindness and positive action.
Her impactful work has garnered national education awards for the development of multimedia education programs tailored for addiction and mental health clinicians, health and safety professionals, as well as leadership.
